I want you to know that it is very possible to fire your boss even before getting one. Better still, you can fire your boss while you still have one. It will be good of you to give him a notice before you fire him at least he has a good part in your life.

In these times of financial crisis, global meltdown, falling stocks and real estate values, food scarcity and all the negatives, there is the positive you can do. There are always a two side to a coin. The side of life that faces you is dependent on you. It is what you allow that happens to you. Now the ball has always been in your court. It's time to play it well.

There are three ways in which you can fire your boss even before getting one or firing your present boss. I came to know these three ways in Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad Poor Dad Series. These three ways he gave as the keys to making money in whatever situation of the world. These he gave as:

1. Starting Up Your Own System.

By this, he meant building up your own business. You need to become a business owner in order to make more money. Set up a system that pours money into your account positively while helping others to become their best. You can set up a system that provides quality services to people or a service that delivers products for people. In these you will make more money. Somebody once said, "the money in other people's pocket is yours only if you can render them quality services and/or good products".

It is time to build up your own system. Find a need, develop a system to meet the need and meet it. Mark Zukerberg found a need among his college mate and created facebook. Now he is meeting the needs of the world for social interaction on the internet. There are various examples out there. Go for it. Get divine ideas and all the necessary skills in building up a business and go started. I have some good business ideas that I'm working on. I also have some that I want to sell. 2. Franchising

Franchising refers to the methods of practicing and using another person's philosophy of business. The franchisor (the business owner) grants the independent operator (you) the right to distribute its products, techniques, and trademarks for a percentage of gross monthly sales and a royalty fee. Various tangibles and intangibles such as national or international advertising, training, and other support services are commonly made available by the franchisor. Agreements typically last from five to thirty years, with premature cancellations or terminations of most contracts bearing serious consequences for franchisees.

Businesses for which franchising is said to work best have the following characteristics:

* Businesses with a good track record of profitability.
* Businesses built around a unique or unusual concept.
* Businesses with broad geographic appeal.
* Businesses which are relatively easy to operate.
* Businesses which are relatively inexpensive to operate.
* Businesses which are easily duplicated

One thing about franchising is that it cost more out of the three ways to make money.

3. Joining a Network Market

In the times we are in, it is your network that determines your net-worth. Network marketing is the business of the now and the future. Marketing is the soul of any business and Network is the key to customers - so says me. Here, you don't really need to start a business. You do not need to re-event the wheel because you will get the material you need to do the business. What you jut need is the skill to introduce others into the business. Let them (your networks) become members through you. You need to look for a huge amount of money in order to start a franchise.

There are lots of network market that you can join. Most of them have good business plans while most of them are fakes. They are out to extort you and make you worse. You will help yourself if you take time to find out what the network marketing is all about before you join. I know a few that I can recommend.
